Since childhood, I was fascinated by how much humans can do individually and collectively! I am a lifelong learner and practitioner of various techniques and practices which expand human potential. In the last 10+ years as an entrepreneur, I concluded two things: 

1. Entrepreneurship is one of the great vehicles for humans to explore their God-given potential and live their lives to the fullest. When anyone works as an entrepreneur, they have to wear multiple hats and leverage all their strength and resources to make their venture successful. When there are more and more entrepreneurs, we, as humans, can achieve more collectively! 

To share one of my favourite stories: A mother and a baby camel were talking and the baby asked, “Mother, why do camels have humps?” The mother said, “Well son, we are desert animals, we need the humps to store water in the desert to survive”. The baby camel then asked, “Okay, then why are our legs long and our feet rounded?” The mother said, “Son, obviously they are meant for walking in the desert. You know with these legs I can move around the desert better than anyone does!” Baby said, “Okay, then why are our eyelashes long? Sometimes it bothers my sight.” Mother camel, with pride, said, “My son, those long thick eyelashes are your protective cover. They protect your eyes from the desert sand and wind.”

Baby camel thinks and then says, “I see. So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert, the legs are for walking through the desert and these eyelashes protect my eyes from the desert. Then what in God’s name are we doing here in the Zoo!?” 

2. The ultimate success of an entrepreneur depends on how much value and the positive change they bring to their customers. When entrepreneurs make the lives of people better, they make the world a better place!

Our mission at UpFounders is to add positive value by helping many people become entrepreneurs and helping those who have already started their journey. We want to keep them going with tools and services that enable them to go out and add positive value for so many others.

Many people have great startup ideas. Unfortunately, the majority of these ideas get dropped because those who have them don’t have proper guidance and mentorship to act on them. There are inefficiencies in executing these ideas, which means entrepreneurs take a longer time to build a successful company. We want to speed up that process and provide tools to build their startups efficiently.

We are on a great mission and aspire to go a long way from here. We need a lot of talented individuals who are entrepreneurial and believe in what we are doing. We are seeking a CTO, Product Manager, Director of Business Development, and MEAN Stack Developer. We also want to bring QA Interns on board.
